G' Day mates,
I'd like to share with you a very good website:
www.verbling.com
It's useful for whoever is looking for partners, or even real teachers, who can help your speaking and pronunciation improving.
You don't need any sign in to have a look at free classes and join in as a host.
There are free groups of conversation between students from world wide (without teachers) as well.
I love that stuff: never boring, possibility to know students with same needs (through webcam) and relly good-looking (women) teachers

I have a question.

The title of this discussion should be "Let's learn English better" (and not "Let we learn English better"). Shouldn't it?
I think that it's a little bit embarassing that just the title of such a discussion is grammatically wrong...

Let me know if you agree: I can correct the error.

Agree... active form is "let's learn English better" for sure
A possible passive form might be "let teach us english better" or "make teach us english better"...
Actually it sounds weird, please fix it up if there is a mistake

Hi mate,
The best way for improving your english, in my opinion, is to start speaking.
Have conversations with a mother tongue or a teacher... or going in a english speaking country...
Thus you'll start think in english...

The best way to improve... You should not only start thinking in English, you should also write in English, instead of translating the Italian construction of the periods.

It's a little bit hard to take with you wherever you are a pen and paper, and it would look quite weird.
For sure it won't be feasible if you need to work, maybe at the grocer shop...

when you start dreaming in English, you're done... can't remember last time my dreams were in Italian actually

I think this is the best way to describe when you are familiar with the language. I'm actually reading, listening and watching lots of things in english; eventhough I'm still in italy, I've already had 2 dreams in english. I still think tho, you can improve a lot faster living in Australia, since you'll hear nothing else than english.

On September 16th I'll be in Melbourne.
For improve my english, in the last weeks, I started to watch tv series and films in english, with english subtitles.
Yes, this is difficult, but in this moment I think that is one of the best ways to do it (until I'll land, obviously).
